Rural Service Centres play an important role in providing the facilities and services required under their influence rural ones. The most important factor in determining the appropriate location for rural services in associated villages is setting to the construction of hierarchical Rural facilit Services of its whatever best benefited. The purpose of this paper to analyze the situation and determine optimal centers serving rural in Babolsar county (Mazandaran province) is. For this purpose, analytical technique of the demographic potential and communications matrix of used. This research, is a descriptive - analytical study. The research community is the villages with a population of more than 500 people, according to Census 1385 in Babolsar county. For this purpose, 20 villages were selected by using the model, Villages that have influential and important services in rural surrounding areas were identified. Results indicate that the population of settlements are larger and more regular communication paths, can be referred to as distribution centers service the surrounding areas. In Villages of remote parts in Babolsar county, the service relationships are strong, disciplined, hierarchical and multilevel.
