Abstract

This applied research is descriptive-analytical. To collect data, the library and documentary methods were used. The collected data were analyzed using FANP models and Super Decision, Excel, SPSS, and ARC GIS software. The obtained results show that factors such as the movement and access network, building conditions, and use system have the greatest influence on the studied region's resilience. On the other hand, the results from TOPSIS model and one-way analysis of variance test used to measure resilience in the studied area show that 6 regions of District 12 of Tehran City have different levels of resilience, so that Region 6 and Region 1 were ranked the first and second for the highest level of resilience in the studied area, respectively. Moreover, Regions 2, 4, and 3 were ranked next, respectively. Generally, it can be said that different regions have different levels of urban form indicators so that some regions have more desirable status compared to other regions.
