Examining the spatial Performance of Higher Education Centers in Urban Culture Sustainable Development of Tehran Metropolitan (A case study of zone 3 and 19, Tehran)

Abstract

Higher education centers as a part of the active urban areas, including the potential cultural capacities, and presenting services in high levels of urban society are considered the best urban cultural spaces of sustainable development of urban culture This study aimed to identify and analyze performance space higher education centers in promoting urban culture in the Tehran metropolitan represent the relationship between higher education centers and urbanization culture in the metropolitan. The methodology of the research is based on descriptive –analytical approaches which exploited intensive documentary sources.  The survey results show that there is a significant relationship between these two regions. To form the metropolis Tehran Higher education centers in urban culture sustainable development have influenced Tehran.  To the knowledge of the process and impact of higher education institutions in the promotion of culture in the metropolitan city of Tehran the assumptions and parameters specified, the binomial non parametric tests were used separately in 3 regions and 19.  In order to introduce the role of centers higher education in achieving culture urban sustainable development in the metropolitan city of Tehran Some suggestions are put forward on the basis of sustainable development.
