سنجش برخورداری مناطق شهری از شاخص‌های بهداشتی- درمانی(مطالعه موردی؛ کلان‌شهر اهواز)

چکیده

امروزه شکاف بین مناطق کمتر توسعه‌یافته و توسعه‌یافته‌تر باعث شده است که ارزیابی درجۀ توسعه‌یافتگی مکان‌های مختلف موردتوجه سیاست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان شهری در تمامی کشورها باشد تا با شناخت مناطق کمتر توسعه‌یافته در جهت برطرف کردن شکاف بین این مناطق و مناطق توسعه‌یافته‌تر قدم برداشت. مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی به‌عنوان یک شاخص کلیدی و کاربردی در برنامه‌ریزی‌های توسعه شهری مطرح می‌گردد؛ لذا عدم توجه به آن، افزایش مشکلات شهری و شهروندان و همچنین توسعه‌نیافتگی را به دنبال خواهد داشت. به همین منظور پژوهش حاضر باهدف سنجش مناطق شهری کلان‌شهر اهواز به لحاظ برخورداری از شاخص‌های بهداشتی- درمانی تدوین شده است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و ازلحاظ ماهیت و روش انجام، توصیفی– تحلیلی است. اطلاعات و داده‌های موردنیاز از طریق روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی جمع‌آوری شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر را 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزۀ پژوهش تشکیل دادند که به‌صورت هدفمند نمونه‌گیری شده‌اند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که به لحاظ برخورداری از شاخص‌های بهداشتی درمانی، مناطق 1 ،2 ،3 ،7 شهر اهواز وضعیت بهتری نسبت به مناطق 4، 5، 6، 8 دارند.

چکیده [English]

There is a gap between less developed and more developed areas today, making policymakers and urban planners interested in evaluating the development of different places in all countries. So, by recognizing the less developed areas, they can take steps to resolve the gap between these areas and more developed areas. Healthcare centers are considered a crucial and practical indicator in urban development planning; therefore, not paying attention to them will lead to an increase in the problems of the city and its citizens and underdevelopment. To this end, the present study aimed at measuring the urban districts of Ahvaz metropolis regarding having health-therapeutic indicators. This applied study employed a descriptive-analytical research method. The data were collected via a library and field study methods. The statistical population consisted of 15 experts in the research subject who were selected via a purposive sampling technique. The interpretive structural technique was used to analyze the data. The research results showed that regarding health indicators, districts 1, 2, 3, and 7 of Ahvaz metropolis have better conditions than districts 4, 5, 6, and 8
